My family and I stayed at the Pagosa Springs Inn & Suites from Dec 22, 2007 through Dec 30, 2007. Overall we enjoyed our stay from all aspects. The rooms were clean, large and comfortable. The owner even brought us a microwave that we requested. The daily breakfast was very nice while being kept clean and well stocked...The owners and workers were very helpful to give us local vacation activity and restaurant tips. We were also able to save money by buying our ski passes through them. The skiing at Wolf Creek was excellent especially because we did our skiing on Christmas day and the Sunday before the rush hit. Even though we did not buy our hot springs passes through the hotel I highly recommend buying the week-long passes if you are staying in the area that long. At the recommendation of the owners we did one day trips to check out down town Durango and another to tour the Mesa Verde National Park. Both were very nice. There is also a sledding hill just up the road towards downtown Pagosa Springs that we used. It is part of the golf course and you can see it from Rt. 160. We will likely stay here again on our next trip there.

"Fantastic Place"

This Hotel and suites is a step above all the other hotels in Pagosa springs. They go out of there way to make you feel very comfortable.It snowed 2 feet this trip everything was excellent. very clean room,comfortable beds 3 tv's in the suites.I drove in asked for a room and got a great rate. Would recommend this Hotel to all who want a very nice stay. Very quiet Hotel easy to find.I just can't say enough about this place. All the front desk people are sooo nice. Cant' wait to come back and see the blizzards here again.

"Great Place"

We arrived around 1 pm (check's at 3pm) and asked if we could go to the room early. The room was available, so we had an easy check-in, we went to the room. Keeping in mind that this was the "mini-suite", we were pleased with all of the accommodations that the room had to offer. It had a jacuzzi tub, phone and tv in the bathroom. There was also a phone, TV, refrig in the sleeping area, and a phone, tv, microwave, and refrig in the sitting area! Lots of room. Air conditioning worked well, was relatively quiet. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is an indoor swimming pool, game room (w/4 machines), and another game room with pingpong , pool table, tv, couches, etc. Discount tickets for local attractions are available at front desk. Complimentary breakfast was standard fare (a basic continental). Many good restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we were impressed and would definitely stay here again!
